General Registration
- Registration Cost for two days: $100
- Keynote Only: $10
- Administrative Academy: Registration cost plus $50 for Academy
Note: RESPRO will not pay for Administrator’s Academy registration.
Early registration is encouraged for all events. Registrations will be accepted up to 5 working days prior to the event. All purchase orders and/or registration payments MUST BE received by June 1, 2010. Check(s) payable to KIDS. Registrants will be obligated to pay registration fee unless cancellation is received at least seven (7) working days before the scheduled event. Confirmation letters will be sent 10 days prior to the event.
A total of 10.5 CPDU’s will be issued ONLY for full conference attendance and will be handed out at the end of second day. No partial CPDU’s will be provided.
